Group Therapy
Supportive group sessions that foster community and shared experiences among participants. Led by licensed mental health practitioners, we cultivate support in an intimate group settings based on specific topics or subject matter.
Family Therapy
Innovative approaches to enhance communication and healing among family members.
Fully Telehealth
At this time, Our Healing Space is 100% telehealth, which offers a convenient alternative to traditional counseling. Telehealth is audiovisual/video chat style, and takes place on a HIPAA verified platform.

- We are currently accepting appointments. Feel free to book a free consultation below!
- Do you take insurance?
- Yes! Our Healing Space takes all major insurances, including, but not limited to: Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, CareSource, Anthem BCBS, Optum, and more!
- Do you take EAP?
- Yes, we accept most major EAP benefits.
- Are you seeing clients in person?
- At this time, our services are fully virtual (telephonic, video). However, we do plan to expand into in-person visits in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
- Do you offer sliding scale options?
- Yes. We currently offer sliding scale rates, depending on the need and on a case by case basis.
